Italian Critical Process Equipment Days - 10 years of AIPE

The event

Welcome to the Inaugural Italian Critical Process Equipment Days!

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of its foundation, the Italian Association of Pressure Equipment (AIPE) is pleased to present the inaugural Expo & Conference “Italian Critical Process Equipment Days”. This two-day event will bring together Italian pressure equipment manufacturers with the downstream industry players, from Italy and beyond, to network and showcase the latest innovative technical solutions for the process industries. The event will cover the different trends and collaborations, helping our industry meet energy transition, process, and energy efficiency objectives.

In addition, there will be a special focus on the partnerships and business development between industry players from Africa and Europe, with Italy playing a leading role.
Join us on October 22-23, 2024, at the prestigious Pirelli HangarBicocca in Milan, Italy, an ideal setting for both the exhibition and the two conferences planned on Nuclear Energy and Energy Transition. Visitors will have the opportunity to attend debates and presentations on these crucial topics, gaining access to knowledge from experts, industry leaders, leading consultants, and top government officials.

One of the highlights of the event will be the presentation of the “Process Equipment Oscars” awards, a recognition that celebrates excellence and innovation in the industry.
Expected attendance is to exceed 500 delegates, including stakeholders in critical process industries, technology providers, solutions suppliers, EPCs, and End-Users from Italy, Europe, and Africa. Networking will be enhanced with cocktail receptions, a gala dinner, and the award ceremony.
An invitation-only approach will ensure the high-level attendance of senior institutional representatives as well as national and international industry leaders; however, everyone wishing to attend can apply for a complimentary visitor’s pass HERE.

We look forward to welcoming you to Milan for an unforgettable experience at the Italian Critical Process Equipment Days.

Venue

With its 15.000 square meters surface, Pirelli HangarBicocca is one of the biggest contemporary art centers in Europe. The former Pirelli factory building, part of one of the most important industrial settlements in Italy since the early 1900s, was redeveloped starting in 1986 and transformed into an exhibition space.

The event “Italian Critical Process Equipment Days” will take place within the central area, where the evocative permanent site-specific installation by Anselm Kiefer, The Seven Heavenly Palaces, is located. Here, the exhibition area, the plenary conference, and the catering space will be set up. The other areas dedicated to public services – a large foyer, the kids’ area, and the reading room – will host the accreditation area, the cloakroom, and the parallel conferences.

During the event days, it will be possible to visit the exhibition of Jean Tinguely, one of the greatest kinetic artists of the 20th century.
