Durante l\u2019ultimo giorno di lezione, abbiamo voluto rivolgere qualche domanda agli attori coinvolti per avere un loro riscontro sull\u2019esperienza appena trascorsa. Si ringraziano gli studenti ed i docenti del corso, il presidente dell\u2019associazione Luca Tosto ed il vice presidente Alessandro Rolle, il quale ha preso parte al tour dell\u2019azienda Walter Tosto SpA (sede ospitante dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 formativa), assieme ai partecipanti del corso.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>RISCONTRO DEGLI STUDENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Il corso per Proposal Manager si \u00e8 rivelato in linea con le vostre aspettative?<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1055 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/studenti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"431\" \/> <\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>S\u00ec molto, abbiamo affrontato argomenti che nel mio ruolo di tecnico-commerciale riscontro tutti i giorni. Le esposizioni sono state chiare grazie anche alla formulazione di diversi esempi, inoltre ho apprezzato molto la capacit\u00e0 dei docenti di rendere il corso mai noioso e coinvolgendo sempre noi partecipanti. Infine, mi sento di dire che ho apprezzato l\u2019 ottima organizzazione e puntualit\u00e0. Il soggiorno \u00e8 stato molto piacevole grazie anche alle persone conosciute, tutti molto simpatici e competenti.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Simone Bernardi, Ravagnan SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>In un periodo come questo, dove le opportunit\u00e0 sono sempre meno, ho apprezzato davvero tantissimo la possibilit\u00e0 che ci \u00e8 stata offerta dall\u2019associazione Aipe con l\u2019organizzazione di questo corso. Credo che l\u2019attivazione\u00a0di percorsi\u00a0formativi come questo sia un ottimo filone da seguire se realmente si vuole permettere la crescita di ragazzi che si vogliono cimentare ed appassionare in questo mondo. L&#8217; organizzazione del corso \u00e8 stata ottima, la disponibilit\u00e0 di tutti gli addetti eccellente, compresa quella dell\u2019azienda Walter Tosto che ci ha ospitati, sia durante l\u2019orario del corso che nell\u2019organizzazione post-corso e serale. Cercare di condividere, cercare di creare gruppo sia durante il giorno ma\u00a0anche durante una chiacchierata serale, durante un\u2019ottima cena, credo sia un punto fondamentale per la conoscenza delle persone sia dal lato professionale che da quello umano.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Andrea D&#8217;Arcangelo, Officine Resta SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>La professionalit\u00e0 dei docenti, Ing. Colombi e Avv. Maglionico va senza dubbio elogiata;\u00a0gli argomenti hanno rispecchiato in gran parte il mio lavoro, quindi ne ho preso spunto per organizzare le idee e il metodo di approccio nelle offerte che in futuro dovr\u00f2 affrontare, anche dal punto di vista legale, aspetto al quale non avevo dato la giusta importanza e correlazione con gli aspetti tecnici. Ho trovato molto interessante l\u2019esperienza del workshop, visto che lavoro nell\u2019ambito di un&#8217; azienda dello stesso settore e ne conosco pertanto la complessit\u00e0. Infine vorrei ringraziare Aipe e la Walter Tosto per la possibilit\u00e0 concessami di seguire questo corso sicuramente molto interessante, sperando ci possano essere altre collaborazioni simili in futuro sia dalla vostre che, magari, dalle nostre parti&#8230;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Jacopo Garletti, ATB Riva Calzoni SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Il corso \u00e8 stato molto utile per noi, ci ha aiutato ad approfondire nozioni soprattutto dal punto di vista tecnico. In genere la formazione in Italia punta principalmente al lato teorico, penalizzando l\u2019 aspetto prettamente tecnico-pratico. Ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 valso per il corso Aipe che, al contrario, si \u00e8 incentrato molto sul lato tecnico, grazie all\u2019elevata esperienza sul campo dei docenti; questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 di cui noi giovani abbiamo bisogno per ottenere una formazione completa che ci fornir\u00e0 le chiavi di accesso per iniziare un percorso lavorativo all\u2019interno di una realt\u00e0 aziendale.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Paolo Spadaccini, Walter Tosto SpA.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>LE OPINIONI DEL DOCENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ing. Colombi, com\u2019\u00e8 stata questa esperienza per lei?<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1052 size-full alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/colombi1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"121\" height=\"117\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Questa \u00e8 stata la mia prima esperienza come docente e non sarebbe potuta andare meglio. Ho sempre svolto il mio lavoro con passione e dedizione e finalmente ho avuto l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di poter condividere e trasmettere le conoscenze che ho acquisito dopo anni e anni di lavoro in ambito ingegneristico e manageriale.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Come hanno risposto gli studenti ai suoi insegnamenti?<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>Ho avuto il piacere di trovarmi di fronte dei giovani realmente interessati, flessibili e volenterosi. I ragazzi hanno partecipato attivamente alle lezioni mostrando un forte interesse ad approfondire il lato tecnico della materia. Questa \u00e8 stata davvero una grande soddisfazione per me.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>A parte l\u2019ambito puramente didattico, si \u00e8 trovato bene in questi giorni?<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>Stupendamente. L\u2019organizzazione \u00e8 stata impeccabile, dalla logistica al soggiorno, per non parlare dell\u2019ottimo cibo locale. Proprio ieri sera c\u2019\u00e8 stata la cena con i ragazzi del corso ed i membri dell\u2019associazione Aipe, tra cui il Presidente Luca Tosto ed il Vice Presidente Alessandro Rolle, con i quali ho avuto il piacere di fare due chiacchiere assaporando dei gustosi\u00a0prodotti tipici presso un ristorante a pochi chilometri da Chieti. Colgo l&#8217;occasione per ringraziare l&#8217;associazione Aipe ed il Presidente\u00a0Luca Tosto per l\u2019amichevole accoglienza ed il cortese supporto ricevuto durante i tre giorni di corso presso la Walter Tosto SpA. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Prof. Giuseppe Colombi, Ingegnere presso Tecnimont SpA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>I COMMENTI DEL PRESIDENTE AIPE<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>La Walter Tosto SpA ha messo a disposizione la sua sede per lo svolgimento del corso. Ci saranno occasioni simili in futuro?<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1057 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/LT1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"120\" height=\"126\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Ospitare il corso di formazione dell\u2019associazione Aipe nella mia azienda \u00e8 stato davvero un piacere. Sarei molto contento se in futuro si organizzassero altre attvit\u00e0 anche presso le altre realt\u00e0 aziendali. Ci\u00f2 permetterebbe un interscambio positivo tra le aziende, stimolando l&#8217;ambizione e favorendo la crescita attraverso la collaborazione, aspetto nel quale io credo fortemente, ma che, ad oggi, sembra essere un p\u00f2 dimenticato da alcune realt\u00e0 industriali.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Luca Tosto, Presidente Aipe e CEO Walter Tosto SpA<\/p>\n<p>We have just concluded the <a href=\"https:\/\/aipe.it\/en\/corso-di-formazione-in-proposal-manager\/\">course for Proposal Managers<\/a>\u00a0organized by Aipe in collaboration with Animp. During the last day of class, we wanted to answer a few questions to the people\u00a0involved to get their feedback on the experience just passed. We thank the students and teachers of the course, the president of the course Luca Tosto and the vice president Alessandro Rolle, who took part in the workshop tour at\u00a0Walter Tosto Spa (host location\u00a0of the training course), together with the participants of the course.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>FEEDBACK OF THE STUDENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Was the course for Proposal Manager in line with your expectations?<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1055 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/studenti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Yes a lot, we dealt with topics that I meet every day in my role as technician and sales agent. Explanations were clear thank to the formulation of different examples, I also enjoyed the ability of the teachers to make the course never boring and to\u00a0involve participants. Finally, I would say that I appreciated the excellent organization and punctuality. The stay was very pleasant thanks to the people I met, all very nice and competent.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Simone Bernardi, Ravagnan SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>In a period like this, where the opportunities are less and less, I really appreciated the opportunity that has been offered by the Aipe association with the organization of this course. I believe that the activation of training courses like this one is a great trend to follow if you really want to allow the growth of young\u00a0people\u00a0who want to try and excite in this world. The organization of the course was excellent, the availability of all the\u00a0great\u00a0staff, including the company Walter Tosto that hosted us, both during class time and the post-course organization. Try to share, try to create group both during the day but also during an evening discussion, during an excellent dinner, I think is a key point for the knowledge of the people on both professional and human sides.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Andrea D&#8217;Arcangelo, Officine Resta SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>The professionalism of the teachers Colombi and \u00a0Maglionico have to\u00a0be\u00a0praised; the topics reflected in much of my work, so I was inspired to organize the ideas and the method of approach for\u00a0the offers that I will face in the future, also from the legal point of view, I found something very\u00a0important correlated on\u00a0technical aspects. I found very interesting the experience of the workshop too, since I\u00a0work in\u00a0a company in the same industry. Finally I would like to thank Aipe and Walter Tosto Spa for the opportunity given to me to follow this course, hoping there may be other similar collaborations in the future both from your parts that, perhaps, from our parts&#8230;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Jacopo Garletti, ATB Riva Calzoni SpA<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>The course was very useful for us, helped us to deepen knowledge especially from a technical stand point. Typically training in Italy aimed primarily at the theoretical side, penalizing the purely technical and practical aspect. The Aipe course has focused very much on the technical side, thanks to the wide experience of the teachers; this is what \u00a0we need to get a complete education that will give us the ability\u00a0to start a career within a company.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Paolo Spadaccini, Walter Tosto SpA.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>THE FEEDBACK OF THE TEACHER<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ing. Colombi, how was the experience for you?<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1052 size-full alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/colombi1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"121\" height=\"117\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>This was my first experience as a teacher and could not have gone better. I have always done my job with passion and dedication and I finally had the opportunity to share and pass on the knowledge I have acquired after years and years of work in engineering and management.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>How the students have responded to your teachings?<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>I had the pleasure to face interested, flexible and willing young guys. They have actively participated to the lessons showing a strong interest to deepen the technical part\u00a0of the subject. This really was\u00a0a big satisfaction for me.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Apart from the merely didactic scope, did you feel\u00a0well in those days?<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>Stupendously. The organization was impeccable, from the logistic to the stay, not to mention the excellent local food. Just last night there was the dinner with the guys of the course and the memebrs of the Aipe association, including the President Luca Tosto and the Vice President Alessandro Rolle, with whom I had the pleasure to talk with, meanwhile\u00a0savoring the typical tasty products in a restaurant not far from Chieti. I take this opportunity to thank Aipe and Mr\u00a0Luca Tosto for the friendly welcome and the courteous support received during the three-day course at Walter Tosto Spa.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Prof. Giuseppe Colombi, Engineer in Tecnimont SpA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>COMMENTS OF AIPE PRESIDENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Walter Tosto Spa has made available its premises for the course.
