{"id":1452,"date":"2015-02-05T10:10:26","date_gmt":"2015-02-05T10:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/?p=1452"},"modified":"2015-02-05T10:10:26","modified_gmt":"2015-02-05T10:10:26","slug":"approvato-nuovo-impianto-per-la-raffineria-russa-gazprom-neft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aipe.it\/en\/approvato-nuovo-impianto-per-la-raffineria-russa-gazprom-neft\/","title":{"rendered":"Approvato nuovo impianto per la Raffineria Russa Gazprom Neft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-780 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/logo_gazprom-big-300x157.jpg\" alt=\"logo_gazprom-big\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" \/>Il produttore di gas Russo JSC Gazprom Neft sta procedendo con la seconda fase della realizzazione del sistema biologico di <strong>trattamento delle acque di scarico<\/strong> all\u2019interno della sua raffineria di Mosca da 12.15 milioni di tonnellate annue.<br \/>\nLa documentazione del progetto per l\u2019installazione \u00e8 stata approvata a Dicembre 2014 dall\u2019agenzia federale Russa Glavgosekspertiza per il controllo degli standard e della qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>I due impianti per il trattamento biologico di seconda fase, avranno una capacit\u00e0 totale di 1,400 cu m\/hr e verranno suddivisi in due zone, dove andranno a coprire un\u2019area di 6,400 mq e 18,000 mq rispettivamente, ha riferito l\u2019azienda.<br \/>\nL\u2019installazione del trattamento biologico consister\u00e0 in una catena di processi che comprende unit\u00e0 membrane di bioreattori, flottazione a due stadi, filtro a carbone, disidratazione dei fanghi attivi e oleosi e osmosi inversa.<\/p>\n<p>I fanghi attivi, che contengono diversi microorganismi che agiscono congiuntamente per assorbire materia organica, nitrogeno e altri prodotti derivati da petrolio e inquinanti, saranno usati in combinazione con la filtratura meccanica tramite un bioreattore per rimuovere la quasi totalit\u00e0 degli affluenti industriali provenienti dalle acque di scarico della raffineria, ha dichiarato Gazprom Neft.<br \/>\nUna volta completato nel 2017, il sistema di trattamento multifase ridurr\u00e0 notevolmente il consumo di acqua della raffineria, permettendo la reimmissione del 75% dell\u2019acqua nel ciclo del sistema produttivo dell\u2019impianto.<\/p>\n<p>Il nuovo sistema migliorer\u00e0 la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019acqua immessa negli scarichi dalla raffineria per eguagliare quella trovata nelle industrie ittiche per ridurre la necessit\u00e0 di trattamento delle acque reflue alle amministrazioni locali di un terzo.<\/p>\n<p>Tali impianti per il trattamento andranno a formare parte della singola installazione con un impianto di trattamento meccanico sotterraneo, ultimato nella raffineria nel 2012 come parte della prima fase del progetto, ha affermato Gazprom ad Aprile del 2014.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019implementazione del sistema di trattamento, cos\u00ec come gli altri progetti per la riduzione delle emissioni fanno parte del programma 2013-2020 di rinnovamento e modernizzazione di Mosca, afferma\u00a0<strong>Arkadly Egizaryan<\/strong>, CEO della Gazprom Neft per la raffineria di Mosca.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta completato, il programma di modernizzazione a Mosca incrementer\u00e0 la capacit\u00e0 di progettazione complessiva della raffineria a 18.15 milioni di tonnellate annue.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Fonte Oil &amp; Gas Journal<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-780 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/logo_gazprom-big-300x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" \/>The Russian gas producer JSC Gazprom Neft is proceeding with the second phase of the realization of the biologic system of <strong>waste water treating<\/strong> within the refinery of Moscow of 12,15 million tonnes per year. The documentation of the project for the installation has been approved in December 2014 from the Russian federal agency Glavgosekpertiza for the standards and quality control.<\/p>\n<p>The two plants for second phase biologic treatment, will have a total capacity of 1,400 cu m\/hr and will be divided in two areas, where they will cover an area of 6.400 and 18.000 sqm respectively, the company referred.<br \/>\nThe installation of the biologic treatment will consist in a chain of processes that comprehend unit membrane bioreactors, flotation two-stage, carbon filter, dewatering of active and oily sludge and reverse osmosis.<\/p>\n<p>The active sludge, that contain different microorganisms that act together to absorb organic material, nitrogen and other products derived from oil and pollutants, will be used in combination with the mechanical filtration towards a bioreactor to remove the almost total of the industrial affluents from the waste water of the refinery, Gazprom Neft has declared.<br \/>\nOnce completed in 2017, the system of multiphase treatment will considerably reduce the consumption of water in the refinery, allowing the reintroduction of the 75% of the water in the cycle of the productive system of the plant.<\/p>\n<p>The new system will improve the quality of the water introduces in the drains of the refinery to equalize the one found in the fishing industries to reduce the necessity of waste water treatment to the local amministrations of a third.<\/p>\n<p>These plants for the treatment will go to form part of the single installation with an underground mechanical treatment plant, ultimated in the refinery in 2012 as part of the first phase of the project, Gazprom has affirmed in April 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the treatment system, as well as other projects for the reduction of the emissions belonging to the 2013-2020 program of renovation and modernization of Moscow,\u00a0<strong>Arkadi Egiazaryan\u00a0<\/strong>affirms, CEO of Gazprom Neft for the refinery in Moscow.<\/p>\n<p>Once completed, the modernization program in Moscow will increase the entire design capacity of the refinery to 18,15 million tonnes per year.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Source: Oil &amp; Gas Journal<\/p><\/blockquote>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il produttore di gas Russo JSC Gazprom Neft sta procedendo con la seconda fase della realizzazione del sistema biologico di trattamento delle acque di scarico all\u2019interno della sua raffineria di [&hellip;]<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":780,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[77],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1452","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-aipe-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.5 -
