BRESCIA<\/strong>\u00a0– Sono, complessivamente, oltre 80 le aziende nazionali operanti nel\u00a0comparto della forgiatura<\/strong>, con un peso, per quanto riguarda la struttura italiana, maggiormente orientato verso lo stampo libero. Non un numero particolarmente elevato, ciononostante il comparto made in Italy \u00e8 il secondo in Europa, alle spalle della Germania, con un 22% sul totale della produzione di forgiati che, nel 2014, ha toccato quota 1,145 milioni di tonnellate. Le forge tedesche, invece, detengono il 44% dell\u2019output di forgiati nell\u2019Ue. L\u2019evento\u00a0\u00abObiettivo Forgiatura\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0organizzato da\u00a0Siderweb\u00a0<\/strong>ha evidenziato sotto diversi punti di vista i pro e i contro della forgiatura nazionale attraverso un\u2019analisi strategica, finanziaria, tecnico \u2013 tecnologica e di mercato, fornendo anche preziose indicazioni sulle traiettorie che, sempre pi\u00f9 convintamente, rappresenteranno il futuro del comparto e dei suoi settori utilizzatori. L\u2019evento \u00e8 stato, inoltre, l\u2019occasione per presentare i risultati operativi dell\u2019impianto Rotoforgia condotta da\u00a0Olivier Lebrun,<\/strong>\u00a0Steel’s engineering manager\u00a0Acciaierie Bertoli Safau.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>A concludere il pomeriggio di lavori, la voce dei clienti attraverso l\u2019intervento di\u00a0Salvatore Poddighe<\/strong>, direttore commerciale – Pressure Equipment Atb Riva Calzoni.<\/p>\n La struttura e lo scenario<\/strong> <\/p>\n Bilanci: come stanno le forge nazionali?<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019analisi \u00e8 il frutto di un lavoro su oltre\u00a01300 bilanci della filiera della forgiatura<\/strong>\u00a0(dalle acciaieria fino agli utilizzatori finali dell\u2019automotive e altri mezzi di trasporto e agricoli, oil & gas ecc.). Uno studio che ha evidenziato come, nel 2014, le forge nazionali abbiano messo a segno un fatturato complessivo di oltre 3 miliardi di euro (2 miliardi nelle forge a stampo libero e 1,2 miliardi per quelle a stampo chiuso), \u00abgenerando un utile netto di 85,5 milioni di euro\u00bb ha dichiarato\u00a0Stefano Ferrari<\/strong>, direttore di Siderweb, durante il suo intervento, all\u2019interno del quale \u00e8 emerso che \u00abnonostante la polverizzazione del settore (con solo 5 aziende con un fatturato oltre i 100 milioni di euro), la dimensione aziendale relativamente medio-piccola non ha un\u2019incidenza diretta sulla redditivit\u00e0 e sull\u2019indebitamento delle imprese. Le fusioni non sembrano quindi una priorit\u00e0 per le forge \u2013 ha concluso Ferrari -: per migliorare i risultati non sembrano servire economie di scala, quanto pi\u00f9 agire su altre leve, come l\u2019efficienza, la nicchia, i prodotti e le collaborazioni intra-filiera\u00bb. <\/p>\n Le voci dalla platea<\/strong> 25 February 2016<\/p>\n BRESCIA<\/strong>\u00a0– I’m, generally, over 80 the national companies operating in the\u00a0forging field,\u00a0<\/strong>with a burden, concerning the italian structure, mostly orientated towards free stamp. To end the work-afternoon, the voice of customers through the intervention of\u00a0Salvatore Poddighe,\u00a0<\/strong>commercial director – Pressure Equipment Atb Riva Calzoni.<\/p>\n The structure and\u00a0scenario<\/strong> Balances: how the national forges are?<\/strong><\/p>\n The analysis is return of a work on more than\u00a01300 balances of the forging sector\u00a0<\/strong>(from the steelworks towards the final users of the automotive and other agricultural means of transport , Oil & Gas etc.). A study that has highlighted how, in 2014, the national forges have chalked a turnover of over 3 billion euros (2 billions in the free stamp forges and 1,2 billions for the closed stamp), “generating a a net income of 85,5 million euros” has declared\u00a0Stefano Ferrari,\u00a0<\/strong>director of Siderweb, during his intervention, “although the pulverization of the field (with only 5 companies with a turnover of more than 100 million euros), the company dimensions relatively medium-small hasn’t got any direct incidence on the redditivity and indebtedness of the companies. The fusions do not look like a priority for the forges – Ferrary concluded -: to improve the results do not seem to serve the economies of scale, as it can act on other levers, as efficiency, niche, products and intra-sector partnerships”. \nLa base \u00e8, proprio come per la produzione siderurgica, un contesto di\u00a0overcapacity mondiale<\/strong>. Ma, in questo panorama le forge italiane che stato di salute evidenziano? Ad affrontare il tema,\u00a0Gianfranco Tosini<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 responsabile dell\u2019Ufficio Studi di Siderweb \u2013 il quale ha sottolineato come le forge italiane brillino per \u00abefficienza energetica e per produzioni a maggiore valore aggiunto e di dimensioni maggiori\u00bb, ma che scontino un\u2019operativit\u00e0 fortemente legata al settore dell\u2019oil & gas, in seria difficolt\u00e0 a causa del crollo delle quotazioni del petrolio, e dell\u2019energy, nel quale gli investimenti in particolare verso le rinnovabili sono concentrati sempre pi\u00f9 ad Est\u00bb. Area nel quale opera il leader incontrastato del settore delle forge, la Cina, produttrice del 40% dell\u2019output mondiale di forgiati.<\/p>\n
\nTecnica e tecnologia: quali le richieste del futuro<\/strong>
\nLa parola d\u2019ordine \u00e8 una e una sola:\u00a0<\/strong>leggerezza<\/strong>. I trend delle richieste dei clienti di prodotti forgiati saranno sempre pi\u00f9 orientati proprio ad una riduzione dei pesi. Ad affermarlo\u00a0Carlo Mapelli<\/strong>, docente di Metallurgia al Politecnico di Milano e presidente dell\u2019Associazione Italiana di Metallurgia, il quale ha sottolineato come questa richiesta sar\u00e0 volta alla ricerca di soluzioni che aumentino la maneggiabilit\u00e0 e la velocit\u00e0 nella messa in opera. Alla base delle soluzioni su piani pi\u00f9 o meno futuristici, una considerazione: non saranno richieste nuove tipologie di acciaio, ma l\u2019aumento della tenacit\u00e0 e della resistenza che verranno ricercate attraverso l\u2019inserimento, tra gli altri, di alluminio, niobio, vanadio, manganese.<\/p>\n
\nGiuseppe Moschini<\/strong>, CEO di Lucchini Mam\u00e8 Forge, ha fornito il proprio punto di vista proprio in relazione al\u00a0processo di aggregazione<\/strong>\u00a0che, per le due societ\u00e0, ha preso il via nel 2014. \u00abLa nostra esperienza ha, sino ad oggi, portato con s\u00e9 fondamentalmente tre importanti benefici. \u2013 ha dichiarato il manager \u2013 Il primo riguarda il miglioramento della posizione finanziaria, seguito da notevoli vantaggi nel settore degli acquisti. Infine, la collaborazione garantisce una sinergia positiva sotto numerosi punti di vista come, ad esempio, la R&S\u00bb.\u00a0Mario Gussago<\/strong>, amministratore delegato di Fomec e presidente, in seno a Federacciai, del settore forge, ha fornito la propria visione dell\u2019intero comparto. \u00abIl trend \u00e8 in discesa \u2013 ha commentato il CEO della societ\u00e0 cuneese \u2013 e, nelle migliori delle ipotesi, il\u00a02015<\/strong>\u00a0si chiuder\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>in linea<\/strong>\u00a0con i risultati dell\u2019esercizio precedente<\/strong>\u00bb. E il futuro? \u00abL\u2019anno da poco iniziato non sembra riservare sorprese positive. Le difficolt\u00e0 dei nostri clienti non sembrano essere vicine ad una svolta\u00bb. Inoltre, Gussago fornisce una chiave di lettura rispetto al tema sempre caldo delle aggregazioni tra le forge nazionali. \u00abChe le aziende del comparto siano patrimonialmente solide non \u00e8 un elemento nuovo per noi \u2013 ha dichiarato il manager \u2013 e forse questo potrebbe essere un elemento che rischia di \u201crallentare\u201d i processi di collaborazione tra le societ\u00e0\u00bb. Qualora, invece, sussistesse un\u2019urgenza, sarebbe paradossalmente pi\u00f9 immediato ricorrere a queste collaborazioni o aggregazioni intra societarie.<\/p>\n<\/h3>\nGreat success for the exhibition of Siderweb: still growing is possible<\/h3>\n
\nThe base is, as well as the siderurgic production, a context of global overcapacity.\u00a0<\/b>But, in this panorama the italian forges which health state do they have? To face the theme,\u00a0Gianfranco Tosini –\u00a0<\/strong>responsible of Siderweb Study Offices – who has underlined how the italian forges shine for “energetic efficiency and for production with most added value and major dimensions”, but that deduct an operativity strongly linked to Oil & Gas field, in serious difficulty because of the crash of oil prices, and energy, in which the investments in particular to the renewable are concentrated increasingly on the Eastern side”. Area in which operates the undisputed leader of the forging field, China, producer of the 40% of the global output of forgings.<\/p>\n
\nTechnique and technology: which are the requests of the future<\/strong>
\nThe keyword is one and only one:\u00a0lightness.\u00a0<\/strong>The trends of the requests of customers of forged products will be always more orientated just to a reduction of weights. To confirm that\u00a0Carlo Mapelli,\u00a0<\/strong>professor of Metallurgy at Politecnico di Milano and President of the Italian Association Metallurgy, who has underlined how this request will be verged to the research of solutions that increase on plans more or less futuristc, a consideration: there won’t be requested new typologies of steel, but the increase of toughness and resistance that will be reseached through the insert, between the others, of aluminium, niobium, vanadium, manganese.<\/p>\n
\nGiuseppe Moschini<\/strong>, CEO of Lucchini Mam\u00e8 Forge,\u00a0has provided his own point of view just in relation of the\u00a0aggregation project\u00a0<\/strong>that, for the two societies, has taken off in 2014. “Our experience has, since today, brought with itself fundamentally three important benefits – the manager has declared. – The first concerns the improvement of the financial position, followed by considerable advantages in the purchase field. Finally, the collaboration ensures a positive sinergy under numerous point of views as, for example, the R&S”.\u00a0Mario Gussago,\u00a0<\/strong>managing director of Fomec and president, within Federacciai, of forge sector, has provided its own vision of yhe entire sector. “The trend is decreasing – CEO of Cuneo company commented – and, in the best of the hypothesis,\u00a02015\u00a0<\/strong>will be closed\u00a0in line\u00a0<\/strong>with the results of the\u00a0previous year<\/strong>“. And the future? “The year just begun doesn’t look like it reserves positive surprises. The difficulties of our customers do not seem being close to a turn”. Furthermore, Gussago provides an interpretation despite a theme always hot in the aggregations between national forges. “The fact that the companies in the field are patrimonially solid is not a new element for us – the manager has declared – and this probably could be an element that risk to “slow” the collaboration processes between companies”.
