{"id":9367,"date":"2014-12-04T13:57:05","date_gmt":"2014-12-04T13:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/?p=1152"},"modified":"2014-12-04T13:57:05","modified_gmt":"2014-12-04T13:57:05","slug":"nuova-partership-per-aipe-key-to-metals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aipe.it\/en\/nuova-partership-per-aipe-key-to-metals\/","title":{"rendered":"Aipe sigla una nuova collaborazione con Key to Metals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/TotalLogoBlue.jpg\" alt=\"KTM logo\" \/>Aipe ha da poco attivato una importante partnership con la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keytometals.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Key to Metals AG<\/strong> <\/a>di <strong>Zurigo<\/strong>, per permettere ai propri soci di fruire del servizio di accesso al pi\u00f9 completo <strong>database per la schedatura tecnica dei materiali<\/strong> (chiave degli acciai).<\/p>\n<p>Grazie alla <strong>convenzione<\/strong> stipulata dall&#8217;associazione con la societ\u00e0, gli associati Aipe potranno accedere ad un software on-line (Total Material) beneficiando di un&#8217; agevolazione per l&#8217;acquisto del servizio, le cui principali caratteristiche sono riassunte nei seguenti punti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consultazione di 226.000 materiali di 29 paesi e 59 normative, con aggiornamenti e incrementi mensili.<\/li>\n<li>Propriet\u00e0 chimiche, meccaniche, fisiche tradizionali (composizione, rottura, snervamento, durezza, modulo elastico, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Propriet\u00e0 elettriche, magnetiche, di lavorabilit\u00e0 di macchina (machinability).<\/li>\n<li>Propriet\u00e0 meccaniche avanzate in regime elasto-plastico (curve stress\/strain e flow stress\/strain, fatica, meccanica della frattura, creep) con l&#8217;opzione &#8220;extended range&#8221;. Per materiali per cui non sono disponibili propriet\u00e0 definite da test di laboratorio \u00e8 possibile identificare materiali similari gi\u00e0 caratterizzati (funzionalit\u00e0 utile per progetti preliminari).<\/li>\n<li>Corrispondenze incrociate tra le normative internazionali;<\/li>\n<li>Possibilit\u00e0 di identificare leghe similari in base a propriet\u00e0 chimiche o meccaniche o a una combinazione delle due con smartcross<\/li>\n<li>Confronto multiplo: possibilit\u00e0 di inserire in una unica schermata fino a 4 leghe in contemporanea per confrontare le propriet\u00e0 faccia-a-faccia.<\/li>\n<li>Identificazione di leghe sconosciute in base all\u2019 analisi chimica ottenuta da quantometri con l&#8217;opzione smartcomp(tm).<\/li>\n<li>Metallografia: raccolta di micrografie originali.<\/li>\n<li>Database fornitori (produttori\/rivenditori) per leghe metalliche (esclusi dati sui prezzi).<\/li>\n<li>Materiali non metallici (polimeri, ceramica, compositi). nuova banca-dati per materiali non metallici che offre accesso alle propriet\u00e0 per migliaia di polimeri, ceramiche e compositi, tra cui propriet\u00e0 meccaniche, fisiche, termiche ed elettriche.<\/li>\n<li>Esportazione dei dati di propriet\u00e0 dei materiali in vari formati compatibili con i software CAE come ansys, hyperworks, abaqus, siemens nx e molti altri.<\/li>\n<li>Tracciabilit\u00e0 delle variazioni intervenute nelle norme a livello delle propriet\u00e0. si visualizza immediatamente il dato modificato e aggiornato<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00f9 di 580 articoli di tecnologia sui materiali (estratti dalla letteratura tecnica in lingua inglese) con 4 nuovi articoli ogni mese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aipe.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/TotalLogoBlue.jpg\" alt=\"KTM logo\" \/>Aipe has recently activated an important partnership with the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.keytometals.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Key to Metals AG<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0<strong>Zurigo,\u00a0<\/strong>to allow to its members to use the service of access to the most complete\u00a0<strong>database for the technical cataloging of materials\u00a0<\/strong>(key steels).<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the\u00a0<strong>agreement\u00a0<\/strong>signed by the association with the company, the Aipe members can access to an on-line software (Total Material), benefiting from a facilitation for the purchase of the service, whose main features are summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consultation of 226.000 materials of 29 countries and 59 norms, with updatings and monthly increments.<\/li>\n<li>Chemical, mechanical, traditional physic properties (composition, rupture, enervation, hardness, elastic modulus, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Electrical, magnetic, machinability properties.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced mechanical properties under elastic-plastic (curves stress\/strain and flow stress\/strain, fatigue, mechanic fractures, creep) with &#8220;extended range&#8221; option. For materials for which there are available properties defined by labopratory tests can identify similar materials already characterized (useful feature for pre-projects).<\/li>\n<li>Cross-correspondences between international regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to indentify similar alloys based on chemical or mechanical or a combination of the two with SmartCross.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple comparison: Integration in a single screen up to 4 leagues simultaneously to compare the properties of face-to-face.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of unknown alloys according to chemical analysis obtained by quantometers with the option SmartComp &#8482;.<\/li>\n<li>Metallography: collection of original micrographs.<\/li>\n<li>Database vendors (manufacturers\/retailers) for metal alloys (excluding price data).<\/li>\n<li>Non-metallic materials (polymers, ceramics, composites), new bank-data for non-metallic materials that offers access to the properties for thousands of polymers, ceramics and composites, including mechanical, physical, thermal and electrical.<\/li>\n<li>Data export of material properties in various formats compatible with CAE software such as ANSYS, HyperWorks, Abaqus, siemes nx and many others.<\/li>\n<li>Traceability of changes in the rules at the level of ownership.
