Brembana & Rolle S.p.A. (B&R) is a company leader in the design and manufacturing of pressure equipment (reactors, tubular reactors, heat exchangers, columns, etc.) and Fired Heaters for the oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and nuclear markets.

The company was founded in 2012 through the merger of Brembana Costruzioni Industriali and Rolle. In 2012, Villa & Bonaldi was acquired by B&R (subsequently incorporated in 2024), and Ettore Zanon – pressure equipment business line – was acquired in 2019 and incorporated in 2022.

B&R operates five production facilities in Northern Italy, including a facility in Marghera (VE) with direct access to the sea, allowing the shipment of equipment weighing over 1,000 tons.

Main production processes
Welding processes are our strength, thanks to the decades of experience and expertise of the four historic Italian pressure vessels companies now part of B&R (Brembana Costruzioni Industriali, Rolle, Villa & Bonaldi, and E. Zanon). The company also has rolling machines, CNC centers for drilling and machining, as well as furnaces for PWHT in each of its five workshops.
