L’assemblea annuale dell’Associazione Aipe si terrà nell’ambito della conferenza OMC 2015: “Offshore Mediterranean Conference and Exhibition”, che avrà luogo a Ravenna dal 25 al 27 Marzo 2015. Giunto ormai alla sua 22-esima edizione, OMC è in grado di attirare ogni anno oltre 14.000 partecipanti provenienti da 32 paesi di tutto il mondo e rappresenta l’arena ideale per affrontare temi inerenti ricerca, sviluppo e nuove frontiere tecnologiche delle industrie Oil & Gas ed Energy, con particolare riferimento ai paesi dell’area Mediterranea.
L’evento, che comprende sia la fiera che la conferenza, è stato selezionato come sede dell’assemblea Aipe 2015, per la sua rilevanza strategica e notorietà a livello internazionale. Quest’ultima è fissata per il giorno:
Venerdì 27 marzo 2015
alle ore 08.00 in prima convocazione,
alle ore 11.00 in seconda convocazione,
presso la sede della conferenza “OMC 2015” – piazza Luigi Carlo Farini 14, Ravenna – sala verde, primo piano, hall 6 – con il seguente ordine del giorno:
- Comunicazioni del Presidente inerenti l’Attività 2014;
- Approvazione Consuntivo Esercizio 2014 – Budget esercizio 2015;
- Definizione quote associative 2015;
- Elezione dei Probiviri;
- Varie ed eventuali.
Si chiede cortesemente di inviare conferma della presenza o eventualmente di delegare un altro Socio in rappresentanza entro il 20 marzo 2015, compilando il modulo allegato.

- Final Balance of Exercise Approval 2014 – Exercise Budget 2015;
- Definition membership fees 2015;
- Election of Arbitrators;
- Any other.
