1. Introduction to the structural analysis of pressure systems
2. Calculation of the minimum thickness of cylindrical, conical shells, curved and flat ends
3. Design by formula code (ASME VIII-1 / EN 13445)
4. Materials and allowable values
5. Sizing of shells and curved and flat ends for internal/external pressure
6. Resistance check of openings in shells and ends

Day 2 – Design-by-Analysis of Pressure Equipment

Giorno 3 – Azioni esterne e piping stress-analysis
1. Definizione delle azioni esterne su attrezzature a pressione: vento, neve, sisma, carichi dinamici
(Eurocodice e NTC2018)
2. Verifica delle strutture di supporto: gonne, gambe e selle
3. Verifica degli ancoraggi secondo Eurocodice
4. Verifica delle azioni esterne sui bocchelli, su fondi e mantelli (WRC e EN 13445)
