Tradate. The AIPE Association, in collaboration with the Training Agency of the Province of Varese, is promoting a three-year education and training course in the context of the course “Mechanical Operator: Welding and Joining of Components”.
A highly specialized path
On November 23, 2023, the inauguration ceremony of the Welding and Joining of Components laboratory took place at the Tradate headquarters of the Training Agency of the Province of Varese.
The course includes lessons given by teachers of the Association and the Institution directly at the school, integrated with internship periods at local companies. This synergy between theoretical and practical teaching offers students a complete training opportunity.
The initiative represents a significant moment of comparison for all stakeholders, facilitating the sharing of experiences between Institutions, the Association and companies, thus contributing to the realization of a project centered on people.
Students will complete their theoretical training with a practical experience that will enrich their skills, which can be used internationally.
At the same time, the Association will benefit from the possibility of having specialized personnel capable of developing new technologies and contributing to the market of the future, promoting sustainability and innovation.
