3HCSI is a company specialized in ASME certification support for companies and suppliers in the nuclear, energy, industrial process and hydrogen sectors. The company collaborates with industrial organizations, inspection bodies and Italian and European associations to promote the harmonization of international standards on quality and safety.

Founded by Giancarlo Gobbi, ASME Senior Advisor for Europe and the Middle East, 3HCSI offers over 40 years of experience in Quality Assurance and a deep knowledge of ASME certification programs. 3HCSI is a member of the European Industrial Alliance on SMRs (Supply Chain Working Group) and is represented on the Board of Directors of the Associazione Italiana Nucleare (AIN).
