Forgiatura Morandini was founded by the Morandini family at the end of the sixties and is located in Cividate Camuno, in the province of Brescia.
The company covers an area of 100,000 m² and in its over forty years of experience it has been able to combine family passion, innovation and quality in the production of free-mold shaped forgings in special steels and alloys.
The constant commitment to research, innovation and technological progress has allowed us to reach an annual production capacity of 75,000 tonnes. Forgiatura Morandini is thus able to adapt its production expertise to the specific needs of each customer, from multinationals to mechanical workshops: the forgings made have a weight between 100 kg and 250 tons with a minimum diameter ranging from 200 mm up to 6,500 mm and a maximum length of 23,000 mm.
The company is also a leader in the production of laminates with a maximum weight of 200,000 kg, diameter of 8,000 mm and height of 4,000 mm. Quality is guaranteed right from the raw material procurement phase, consisting exclusively of vacuum degassed steel produced by qualified steelworks.
