CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) e Rosneft hanno firmato un accordo per l’estensione della cooperazione strategica per la joint venture riguardante il progetto della raffineria Tianjin a nord della Cina.
Le società dovranno prendere decisioni in merito agli investimenti da effettuare per la costruzione della raffineria di Tianjin a Marzo del 2016, la cui inaugurazione è prevista entro la fine del 2019, ha affermato Rosneft in una dichiarazione del 13 Ottobre.
La joint venture Vostok Petrochemicals, tra Rosneft (al 49%) e CNPC (51%), fu costituita nel 2010, quando le aziende presero accordi sullo sviluppo di uno studio di fattibilità per la costruzione della raffineria di Tianjin. Tale studio di fattibilità risulta ad oggi ancora in corso per la raffineria, che avrà una capacità di raffinazione del greggio di 16 milioni di tonnellate per anno, sostiene Rosneft.

CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) and Rosneft have signed an agreement for the extension of strategic cooperation for the joint venture about the project of Tianjin refinery in the north China.
The company shall take decisions regarding the investments to make for the construction of Tianjin refinery in March 2016, of which the opening is provided within the end of 2019, Rosneft affirmed in a declaration of the 13th of October.
The joint venture Vostok Petrochemicals, between Rosneft (49%) and CNPC (51%), has been constituted in 2010, when the companies took agreements on the development of study of feasibility for the contruction of Tianjin refinery. This study of feasibility results to date still in progress for the refinery, which will have a refinement capacity of crude oil of 16 million tonnes per year, Rosneft supports.
