L’associazione Aipe ha stipulato una importante convenzione sui seguenti servizi offerti da Zeno Poggi Consulenze:

Export Controls Platform

Un servizio di consultazione della  piattaforma online di ricerca soggetti (Platform), comprendente i riferimenti di più di 25.000 soggetti/entità sottoposti/e a misure restrittive UE e USA.

Platform viene aggiornata giornalmente attraverso un particolare algoritmo con le informazioni provenienti da molteplici liste di controllo. La piattaforma permette di creare elenchi personalizzati di soggetti di interesse per l’azienda, che il sistema provvede a monitorare costantemente, notificando gli eventuali cambiamenti che potrebbero intercorrere con riferimento allo status di tali soggetti/società.

 

S.I.R.I. – Servizio di Informazione sulle Restrizioni Internazionali

Con S.I.R.I. è possibile ricevere tempestivamente le ultime notizie e tutti gli aggiornamenti relativi alle restrizioni negli scambi commerciali, la vendita di prodotti Dual Use, export controls, norme e divieti nei paesi di interesse commerciale.

Verranno forniti approfondimenti relativi all’evoluzione degli scenari politici internazionali, nonché eventuali novità normative riguardanti i mercati di interesse per le aziende, come la Federazione Russa, la cui delicata situazione nella diplomazia internazionale è fonte di imprevedibilità e di numerose e sempre nuove limitazioni al commercio, oppure l’Iran, verso il quale è in atto l’alleggerimento delle restrizioni internazionali alla luce dei parametri stabiliti dall’Accordo di Vienna del 14 luglio u.s.

I servizi proposti sono disponibili unicamente in forma di abbonamento annuale, con pagamento in una unica rata al momento dell’adesione.

Export Controls Platform

An on-line platform consultation service for subjects search , which includes references of more than 25.000 subjects /entities  exposed to UE and USA restrictive measures.

Platform is daily updated through a particular algorithm with the information coming from several control lists. The platform allows to create customized subjects lists of  interest for the company, which are constantly monitored by the system, by notifying the changes which could  eventually occur  with reference on the status of such subjects /companies.

 

S.I.R.I. – Informative Service on International Restrictions

S.I.R.I. makes it possible to promptly receive the latest news and all the updates related on the restrictions on commercial exchanges, sales of Dual Use products, export controls, rules and prohibition in the countries of commercial interest.

In depth analyses related on the evolution of international political scenarios, as well as eventual news about markets of interest for the companies, such as the Russian Federation, which delicate situation about the international diplomacy causes unpredictability and several new limitations to the commerce, or  Iran, which international restrictions are decreased according the parameters established by the Vienna agreement of july 14th.

The proposed services are only available through an annual subscription, with the full  payment at the subscription time.
